Falken Tires

Falken Tires is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, a Japanese tire company. Introduced first to its native Japan in 1983, it made its way to North America by 1985. Since then, Falken tires have gone on to be a widely recognized brand known for ultra-high performance (UHP) tires that give drivers the comfort, stability and safety that they need on the road. It has also cemented its UHP title by partnering with many motorsports competitions over the years. In particular, it has partnered with the Formula Drift Championship, US Drift Showoff and the Grand Prix Pro Drift Competition. The brand manufactures tires for passenger vehicles, light and medium trucks, SUVs and other crossover vehicles. It also creates a range of all-terrain tires well-known for their great performance in off-roading. With well over 40 tire types, Falken Tires has something for every driving need. The North American headquarters for Falken’s parent company, Sumitomo Rubber, is currently located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Numerous distribution centers are scattered across the United States in Illinois, Florida, Texas and New Jersey. A prominent manufacturing plant is located outside Buffalo, New York. Today, Falken continues to gain prominence by sponsoring a wide array of popular sporting events. In fact, Falken is the official tire of Major League Baseball since 2015. They also sponsor numerous sports teams around the world, including Liverpool F.C. and a German Basketball League team. Today, the brand strives to provide the best possible ride while using sustainable manufacturing methods.
