There are many "decent" tire shops in Watertown, but for changing the rims & tires on my brand new car, I wanted the very best. I found what I was looking for at Direct Tire. Their expertise was clear from the first phone conversation, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. Not to mention: they got me an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, my car was up on a lift within 10 minutes of my arrival, and I was out the door driving the new wheels in less than an hour.

Managed to get a flat tire right before leaving on a trip to Maine. Called them in the morning to see when I could get an anppointment and they saw me right away. They fit me in and I was able to still go on my trip without a day’s delay. They had ordered the replacement tire and had it on hand when I arrived! So no wasted time waiting for it. They couldn’t have been nicer and they explained everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants efficient , professional and friendly service.

I recently had my tires changed over and brake pads replaced at Direct Tire. They did quality work, as always. What impresses me most, however, is the customer service of the staff. They are all consistently friendly, communicate well, and make the experience uniquely pleasant.

I'm a big Direct Tire fan - they're really friendly and communicative. I like that they offer online cost estimates so I don't feel surprised by the bill; and they actually update you via text with videos and info as they do the work on your car, which makes me feel more confident that the right work is getting done and I won't have unexpected costs. I love these guys!

Direct Tire in Watertown MA are my guardian angels. I’m not from the area (2 hours from home) and got off the Pike to find a safe place to park due to a flat tire on my right passenger. I was on the phone with roadside service for my car when I pulled in and saw the sign for tires. I put a hold on my roadside service and walked in and asked if they could take a look. Everybody was so nice and helpful and were able to get me back on the road quickly. I had no appointment and these kind people were able to help so I could get home. If I lived closer they would be my go to for tires and service. For those that live in that area, if you don’t have a place you do now. A well run local business doing what they do best! Thank you Direct tire and service, you will always be my angels!
