The staff is kind, approachable, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. What I appreciate most is how honest and transparent they are. They take the time to explain everything in simple terms, never rush you, and never push unnecessary work. My mechanic, Eddie, was nothing short of spectacular. Not only was he a pleasure to meet just as a wonderful man, and taking all the care in the world to repair my car, he also helped me and advocated for me in dealing with my warranty claims. He then also introduced me to his team as well as Charlie, owner of Pleasant Car Care - who were all thoughtful and gracious. I find that so many (post Pandemic) customer service experiences have declined terribly. Pleasant Car Care not only reaffirmed that that there is still exceptional service to be found, but it’s usually a reflection of exceptional people driving that service. Highest praise I can give…

I have trusted my car with Pleasant Car Care for several years now. All of the staff have been very kind, friendly and very accommodating. Eddie was especially helpful in coordinating the maintenance and repairs of my vehicle. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, Eddie helped me understand all of the issues with my car and took his time to help me. They also have very reasonable prices. I especially appreciate their free uber and custody car services. Helps so much when the car needs work that takes some time. I recommend PCC to all of my friends and family

Pleasant car care did a great job in addressing a couple of significant issues, and addressing them in a timely fashion, and in a very professional but understandable way. I got approved for an inspection sticker, which was the reason for the original appt. Staff was friendly, informative and acty took me on a visual tour of what the concerning problems were. The cost seemed manageable, and the 3 year warranty was great. The only issue was that the time committment was a little longer than I thought when sceduling. No big deal, I will definitely schedule more appts as needed with Pleasant!

I had a 7am appointment and Gino took me a few minutes early !! I was in for an oil change but Pleasant Car Care always checks out my car to make sure it’s safe. Gino explained to me a few things I needed and why. They never try to oversell ! My car was ready by closing , Gino let me use a loaner. Dimitri is always welcoming , changed loaner rear light better took it ! Pleasant Car Care has great customer service but more importantly, talented mechanics and technicians . My 2013 Honda Is running smoothly !
