The service was excellent . My tires had reached the point where they would not hold air. I called and was able to take the car over Monday evening around 5 pm. The oil had not been changed in way too long and they were able to do that while they had the car as well as give the engine a tune up. Driving home I felt like I was driving a new car. Mentally kicked myself for not keeping up with my cars needs and will certainly take it back to Elite for future servicing. Everyone was so friendly and efficient I am grateful we have them right here in Dover.

Woke up to a flat and they had it fixed within hours. Great service and options. Staff was welcoming and full of smiles. Waiting area is comfortable and appointed. They even sent me off with a cookie. Me and the family will be using them from now on.

I’m writing this review because I genuinely appreciate the people that make up Elite Tire. Here’s why: -They’re real people who care about helping you out. Customer service is top notch. The owner clearly sets a great example and has communicated strong core values to his people. It shows. -Clean environment/waiting area. -Great prices for quality work (I got several alignments done on the same vehicle and they were helpful each time through to the end). Vehicle drives straight and I know it was taken care of. 5/5 will be seeing them for my future alignment needs!

I was referred to them by a coworker because I had a tire loosing air. They were able to help me immediately. The waiting area was very accommodating with snacks and drinks available. There was even an area for kids to play. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and professional. They patched my tire at no charge and even gave me a snack for the ride home. Excellent service and I will definitely buy my tires at Elite from now on!

My husband went in and asked for prices of new tires. The guys talked to him gave him the best deals ever! They had his brand new tires he was looking for and the same day had them on and had our vehicle back on the road!!! I 100% recommend Elite Tire Group!!!
