I was recommended this auto shop by a family friend who had good results with their car when they brought their car in for the maintenance they had done. I needed some work done on my Honda Civic, basic maintenance, etcetera. I got the drive belt replaced, fluids changed, I bought snow tires and rims, 2 rear calipers , splash guard for engine, ac unit. This was all completed before the new year. My car started making terrible noises after the last visit when I had the brake fluid flushed and a new drive belt. I let it go for a bit and just got worse. So I brought it to Honda recently just to have them look what the noise was, and everything that was replaced by Kraft has to now be replaced again. Calipers, new belt for the engine, calipers by kraft (both back ones) Parts of underneath the car that were replaced like the splash guard need to be replaced because new replaced clips fell off. Tensioner pully for the drive belt for the engine that was not making noise before I guess they found is now broken so that's a new part that needs to be replaced but wasn't making noise before the new belt was put on. Could be a coincidence, but I was also told that the belt is not the correct size for the engine that was put on so I have to replace that that was replaced several months ago. The car hasn't even been driven, I would say 5,000ish MI since the work was started, and it all needs to be replaced. I should have read the warning signs when I ordered the snow tires and it literally took Kevin five different visits for me to find out that he ordered the wrong rims each time multiple times and when I asked for a refund because it was a month and a half of me going back and fourth he finally got the correct ones. When the incorrect rims were first put on, the two back steel rims in the rear were bent so the car was driving like as if it was on sand, which they tried to bandaid at first. By putting rings in the center to help the incorrect sized rim fit my car. But after complaining again and bringing it back, even though it should have been caught when they put the tires on and balanced them, but thats asking a lot. 3ish months to get it right from first, placing the order. Several voice mails and receipts regarding that situation. The first statement out of his mouth when i told him how the car was driving was "Well, you might not be used to driving with winter tires." Said early in the day. I then drove to the shop to show the mechanic, who then found the flawed rims. Got to say I will never ever go back to this front again nor deal with the two upfront who, after speaking with them, don't know much about much. Of course it falls on me however, I wouldn't even bring my car back to have them fix anything that was done because it would take months for them to correct the things they did I'm assuming the mechanic is just underpaid or lacks knowledge as well. Prolly would make the car even worse. While I was in the office, I would say I've heard and saw customers while waiting saying how good Kraft is. However, I got Kevin and the B team. I wish I had a different experience.
