I had my Audi towed here after getting a flat tire. The Big G team member that called me regarding the tire fix offered routine maintenance at a great price. I appreciated being able to get everything done at once and won’t be going back to the dealer for further service. Great experience.

Top notch service. I have kids, which sometimes makes it hard to make appointments.i live very close to the shop. They were willing to pick my car up and drop it off. I've never received that kind of hospitality from any auto shop before. I appreciate it so much. As a parent, that meant a lot to me. Thank you!!!!! I highly recommend this shop

This is a cool place. I brought my Tesla here for its first inspection. I had ten days to get it done, so I was really happy with how flexible they were to get me in on a day that was easy for me. Jory was my service advisor. Very cool and down-to-earth man. I appreciate how honest and upfront he was with me about things. I plan to bring my Tesla here again.

If you read my reviews you know I recently gave up on my previous mechanic after 15 years because the service has gotten so bad. Big G was the complete opposite - exceptional customer service. Jory was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. He got me in almost immediately and got me out in a reasonable amount of time (if they got me out TOO fast I'd wonder if they half-assed it!) I will continue taking both vehicles here until/unless I have a reason not to.

I went in for oil change and asked if they could just look at exhaust to see any holes, Zach said it would need entire exhaust replace at almost $1000.00 including the oil change, of course I said no just oil change, Zach said cost was over $200.00 I said for an oil change he said and for the diagnostic, I told him the mail flyer I got stated $35.00 for oil change Zach said you didn't give me the coupon well he never ask for coupon and flyer doesn't specify must have coupon and if I would have been informed of just looking at an exhaust while it was in the air for oil change was a $135 diagnostic chart I would have said no thank you. So I end up paying $173 for an oil change. I can get the entire exhaust for $250. Maybe be more transparent on if you have to look you have a diagnostic charge. Very disappointed won't go back there I would like to give update Erik called and was very professional and explained things and he took care of things I greatly appreciate that and I will definitely go back. Thank you Erik
