I’ve been working with Direct Tire for over 30 years and can sum it up by saying terrific quality of work, great value; the team goes above and beyond any service expectations, plus they care about your problem and outcome. Recently my tire went flat at 3 pm on a Friday. My special low profile tire was no available till Monday. Within 2 hours they retrieved my snow tires from off site storage and switched all tires to winter (just in time for the first winter freeze). That’s service!

Needed a full set of new tires. From start to finish my experience was positive. Doug was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was genuinely committed to finding me the right tires and at the best price. In fact, I got several other quotes and they all came in way above Direct Tire. And it all got done in record time. Convenient, reliable, consistent - everything you want in a great tire shop. We do annual seasonal tire change overs for all our cars, where they store our wheels and tires and each season they do the switch over. My back isn't what it used to be and it takes forever to do it myself so grateful they offer this service. Also tires are super reasonably priced and if you include service charges etc for free balancing, seasonal changeover, free repairs, it actually beats the online tire stores. I have been taking my cars there since I was a student in Boston so over 20 years!!

These guys are fantastic and the service is excellent. They are helpful and informative. I spoke with Rick who helped me decide on a set of winter tires. They are the only tire shop I know of that will store your summer tires during winter, and your winter tires during summer. This is a very helpful service to include. I'm going here for tires from now on.

Trusting a full-service independent mechanic once you are out-of warranty and are over dealer pricing and service is a trust fall! Hurry up and fall! Direct Tire is not a franchise or chain, it’s a family business. Need a flat fixed? Drive over (early) and they’ll have you in and out. Have a major failure? Have it towed directly there and get back on the road same-week. Direct Tire specializes in service, communication, and honesty. They also have all the tools and a long-time pool of mechanics who are serious, careful, and trained. Expect thoughtful guidance - like when a good aftermarket part is suitable or stronger - or when you need to spend on OEM crtical parts. And always expect fair, honest pricing and loyalty. No need to name names because top-down, from the very active and hands-on/eye-on owner… through the service team… and on to the mechanics, these folks respect their clients and the vehicles they work on. I’m a long-time tire and occasional customer who built trust; and for a few years DT has been my only auto shop. My luxury full-size SUV just had a failure. AAA bright it straight to DT on Monday… and I had it back Friday evening. It runs like when I bought it, and the work was diagnosed throughly and done smarty. Gracious owner and loyal team.
