I had four new tires installed at a large retail chain, and afterward, my car started shaking at around 75 mph. I went back and had the tires rebalanced, but the issue persisted. I then took my car to Kraft Tire & Auto, where they found all four wheels were still out of balance. They rebalanced everything correctly, and the shaking was gone. Highly recommend Kraft Tire & Auto for any tire-related work — professional, precise, and they fixed what others couldn't.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They bailed me out big time on Memorial Day, when several other companies I called were no help at all. I needed a tire replaced on my only car, and no one else new where to get the tire; unless I waited a week or so to get it. These guys had the new tire within an hour and then the old tire was removed and replaced right after they got it. Thank you guys you’re a Gem for Marlborough. The cars running great!!

I have been coming to Kraft for a few years now and have never had anything less than a stellar experience here. Due my own timing issue, I had to recently get my tires replaced elsewhere and they pushed hard to have me replace my brake pads too. The guys at Kraft saved me about a grand when they took a look and said I still had life left on the pads. They are always incredibly honest and at this point I trust no one else!

I want to thank you Kraft Tire & Auto Service, for your good service and excellent work. I looked the company to change the oil in my car near work. I called this company to get an appointment, they answered me very politely and scheduled. When I arrived I was met very professionally and respectfully, in time! I was waiting for my car in the waiting room around 35 min, it was comfortable and cozy place for sitting and waiting. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience! I will definitely come to you next time.

Always came in for simple maintenance, my go to for car work since I started in construction in marlborough and every time I’m in the lobby, the two desk guys at the front are always treating somebody different. race, gender whatever you want it to be. very different treatment. Fix that, there’s no place for that behavior in marlborough.
