I had a tire replaced at 1735 Buffalo Trail, Morristown, TN 37814 on my 2022 Honda accord. Yes the wheel had some damage on it prior to the tire change. The technician said it looked like it was caused by a pothole. I believe Honda of Morristown damaged it because I don't recall hitting one and they damaged one other wheel during the tire rotation. When the tire was replaced it had to be balanced when removing the wheel weights Porter tire technician scratched the paint on the wheel. Looks like they used screwdriver or some other sharp object. Why can we not trust business to do a good job, take pride in their work and return your car back to you they way it was when you arrived? Just seems like people don't care anymore how they treat your car. If, you are not going to do the job right don't do the job at all. I took my car to Porter's to have them replace the tire not damage the wheel.
