I was ready to leave on a trip to Scottsdale and realized my tires needed to be replaced. I normally go to a national competitor but the place is just crazy busy and I would have have to wait over four hours just for my vehicle to be seen. I visited the location on the far east of town and was pleasantly surprised by the options and competitive pricing on all of their tires. The staff was very knowledgeable and recommended a tire that was excellently rated and priced below their competitors. I didn’t have to wait more than 45 minutes and they were done. I couldn’t have asked for more. Great service, great pricing and great wheel and tire products. ** on another note, since they had suggested the warranty for roadside service, when I got back I got a flat and I visited their west side location and the service was just as great. They had me in and out in thirty minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys. Everything about my experience was great! UPDATE: These guys are fantastic. Took in my other vehicle and they took care of us quickly and got us the best price for the value. Ivan and Reyna are absolutely great! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

I had an amazing experience at Oasis Tires & Wheels in El Paso! The staff was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain all my options. They helped me find the perfect set of tires at a great price, and the installation was quick and efficient. The shop is clean, organized, and you can tell they really care about their customers. WARRANTY IS USELESS! ONE SINGLE NAIL and the tires are VOIDED FROM WARRANTY! $200 for a replacement tire that HAS WARRANTY. My brand new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss Mud Terrain tire with less than 5,000 miles on it and a tread rating of 11/12 (rated by the store). Was said to be unrepairable by the store manager of this location Isamar. I had a nail in the tread (not the sidewall) and they were unable to repair it, Isamar was insisting I pay over $200 to get a replacement tire. I have the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on this BRAND NEW tire and I have to pay over $200 to have this tire replaced. The store manager said there is nothing she can do for me and that this tire is unrepairable. I work in rugged areas and I’ve had tires with nails in worse places than this repaired without issue. Sounds to me like they’d rather just take my $200 than honor their warranty or repair my tire properly.
