Was misled by the manager who sold 2, 6 months later discontinued tires to me. Found out yesterday when I wanted to replace the remaining two. I assume they knew the tires would be discontinued and just found an idiot in me who trusted them and bought these tires, which were probably produced some years ago. So thx to COOP Coty Tire I am driving around with mismatched old tires. No apology, no discount. Manager not on the premises Etc. Sad. So no stars and a lost customer for you.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I dropped off my 2018 RAM for an oil change on 5/21/25 at 10:35 AM. At 12:14 PM, I got a call saying my truck was ready. I had already informed them at drop-off that I wouldn’t be picking it up until 3:15 PM. When I arrived, I paid, but as soon as I reached my truck, I was shocked—oil was sprayed and smeared all over the driver's side from front to back, with a trail of oil on the roof tracks. There was also oil on the passenger side beneath the antenna. I immediately went back inside and told the manager that this was completely unacceptable. He assured me they’d take care of it. I asked Manager Adrian to personally inspect my truck, and he said, If we can’t remove it, we’ll take it to the car wash. That’s exactly what happened—but even after the wash, the windows were still slick with oil. The real issue here? They had three additional hours to fix their mess but left it untouched, assuming I wouldn’t notice. When I got home, I checked under the hood—oil was dripping down the fan cover and near the dipstick. This level of sloppiness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for over three years, I never expected this kind of treatment. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Additional comment after owner response. See added picture after car wash. The felt on both windows is saturated with oil. When the window rolls up it is full of oil. This does not come off at a car wash or with soap. A degreaser has to be used which I used and soaked the felt over and over for drivers side window so I can see. The back window I haven’t gotten to yet. To correct you. I did not tip anyone at your establishment! I also was not 100% satisfied with the truck because I didn’t have time to stay longer to request or insist on using a degreaser. I instead did it myself. Furthermore, I cleaned up the mess under my hood. As an owner, the right thing to do should have been to issue me a refund and a free oil change. Had I paid with a credit card I would have disputed the charges. These are the facts! I have no other reason to state otherwise as this takes up my time.

Please don't go here these people will tamper with your car just to rip you off. Adrian acts nice and professional but it's all a fascade. He's a terrible manager, refuses accountability and only cares about creating a profit and not the consumer or there safety 🦺 I had a extremely bad experience with my brakes after purchasing tires from them . Not a legit business non trustworthy.They will overcharge you to the maximum amount !! Extremely bad experience I will never go here ever again !! Beware people do yourself a favor don't go here for services on your car they will find things wrong just to charge you more money and overinflate the price.. 0 stars if I didn't put 1 I wouldn't be allowed to post

Please do not take your car near this place My husband took his car here to get serviced when he came back to get his car it was a total wreck and the manager Addrainne horrible horrible manager/person try to tell us not to report it to insurance or the police he insisted on fixing the problem underground but we knew how that was going to end so we refused They were so harsh to us after totally destroying our car We ended up calling the insurance and the car was later reported as a total loss the damage was so bad there was no way the car was going to be fixed then they try to blame crashing the car we left with them on us saying our brakes were faulty They also were wanting to repair it but won’t give us a rental for as long as it was going to take to fix it . They were horrible horrible people They were not sorry for what they did and they did not care Please take your car anywhere else but here The entire staff was soooo rude about the situation especially the manager Addraine Do not take your car near this people. If I could rate 0 i a hundred percent will Do not take your car here Customer service is zero here And they are sooo shady
