I went there after having been ripped off by Pep Boys over replacing a thermostat. They had told me two of my tires were low and had small nails in them and tried to scare me into buying four new tires. A couple days later I went to West Coast and asked them to check my tires. I had to wait a couple hours because they are busy because they have a lot of customers. In the end they told me they could not find any leak in the tires, no bubbles, no nails. And no charge. I gave the mechanic a tip. Nice people there. Courteous and trustworthy.

Carlos at West Coast Tire exemplifies what customer should look like. He listened carefully to my concerns about my car, provided a thorough explanation on the inspection and committed to calling me within 3 hours with the findings from the inspection. And to my delight, he did just that - on time. He then explained what repair was required, the cost and when he could have the car ready. My car was repaired and waiting in the parking lot for me when I arrived. The invoice was exactly what he said it would be! These folks are honest, informed, and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone in need if car repairs reach out to Carlos at West Coast and be prepared for a memorable experience at the auto repair shop. Jennifer

What an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The team here is super professional and very competitive with their pricing, too. They went the extra mile by giving me a loaner wheel, after finding out that my rim was cracked in the middle of getting a new set of Michelin tires. Jesus, one of the sales reps, really hooked it up and took care of me in every way, shape, and form. I highly recommend this spot!

Super professional, kind, and efficient. Ordered 2 new tires Monday at 3PM and they were on my car by 9AM Tuesday...and I didn't have to get the car towed to them! They brought the tires and tools to my house! Price for the service and tires was very reasonable as well. Will go to them when it's time to get the other 2 tires changed. Definitely recommend!

This was probably the most thorough service shop I have ever gone to. They were recommended to me by Howard Brown and Sons and I am very thankful for that. Not only did they look over what my issues were, but went deeper and made sure my car was safe to drive. When I came in to pick it up, they had the bad parts available to show me why they were defective. Carlos and his team went over every detail and made sure I understood what the issues were and why they needed to be fixed. They treated me like family. I felt good about the repairs and services that were completed on my car. I don't think I would ever trust any other business to service and repair my car(s) in the future. Honest, upfront and thorough.
