After having to reschedule an appointment last week due to an emergency, and the ease in which to do so, I visited this Rogersville location first time today for a front end alignment on my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer. I am beyond pleased to say I arrived 15 mins early for a 10am appointment and was on my way home at 10:30!!! Completely blown away at how fast the service was, how clean this business is and how comfortable their waiting area was. The bill didn't dent the wallet, either. An exceptional first visit and I will recommend to friends! Thank you SO much!!

After doing a lot of research, I decided to call Porter Tire in Rogersville to get new tires for my Jeep. My call was answered promptly and although they didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock, they ordered them and had them the very next day. Upon arriving at the shop today, they immediately started working to get the tires replaced and were done in under an hour. Everyone was extremely polite and professional during my visit and I will definitely be returning for all service needs in the future.

Since I bought tires at Porter Tire they rotated my tires for free. I didn't have and appointment. Just showed up and 20 minutes later I was out. Great work
