This past trip, they saved me over $7,000 by citing a warranty I didn't even know my car had (and saving me from monoxide poisoning!). Eddie and the rest of the team showed me pictures, videos, and brought me in person to explain the work on my car and make sure I was comfortable with everything being done. I’ve found my go-to local car service shop. Aaron and the team go above and beyond with their service. The shop is immaculate, and the staff is honest, transparent, and trustworthy—to say the least. Are they the cheapest place in town? No. But the value, professionalism, and peace of mind you get here are worth every penny. I recently needed my front/rear brakes replaced (rear brakes including rotors and pads had been wrongfully replaced less than a year ago elsewhere), and Pleasant Car Care was able to accommodate me within just a couple of days. Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but they also offered to drop me off and deliver my car back to me once the work was complete—something you don’t often see at a local shop. What clearly sets them apart is the way they treat their customers. They take the time to clearly explain what needs to be done (often using videos for transparency) and never pressure you into anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a team this knowledgeable, respectful, and committed to doing things right. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality auto shop that truly cares—look no further. I won’t be going anywhere else.

My car's gas pedal stopped working on the highway on Mother's Day and they were the closest mechanic that was open. Somehow my car started driving when the tow truck came and Pleasant was able to drive it okay into the garage, but they agreed to give it a check just to be safe. My wife, and I were really flustered when we came in, but everyone was super nice. My 5 year old son was really excited for there to be a saltwater fish tank and free snacks, then they brought my son into the shop itself, opened a drawer, and there were a ton of brand new matchbox cars and my son got to pick one. They gave me a loaner car until mine was fixed, and aside from needing to fill it up with gas, there was no charge for it. Honestly, for something that was really stressful, my son thought it was a grand adventure and he was really positive which made our lives so much easier. They told me they did diagnostics and checked everything, said they had their specialist look at it, then did a road test, then brought it on the highway to try and recreate the conditions that we described. They didn't find anything wrong with it, but I believe that they did everything possible to ensure it was safe. When I went to pick up the car, I kind of expected it to be expensive since they did a lot of diagnostics and stuff, but they didn't charge me for it since they didn't actually have to change or replace anything. I think that says a lot; they could have thrown some charges in there, but instead they were generous. Honestly, start to finish, they were the best mechanics I've ever been to. Highly recommend.

Great service and professional car care. High quality customer care as well, Will and the team were great! Highly recommend and plan to go back for any future car related issues. I have been to many car repair shops over the years but this is the first time I had personalized videos of the problems sent to me right away for me to know what the issue was.

I came in on Sunday, when it was over 90 degrees, because my car’s A/C died and I had to drive 2 hours with 2 dogs. Everyone was great, and Tiffany especially. They got me in right away, did everything they could, and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours with A/C. She took care of us like you would a family member - got us all water; hosed down the big fluffy dog to help with the heat; put us in a back room with the most powerful air conditioning while we waited; organized the dog beds in my car and put on the A/C while I paid; and more. It was like nothing else and it made such a difference to me. Her coworkers were all super nice too, and the manager as well - you can tell they like to work there. A really nice vibe there - and the techs are in a heated/air conditioned space themselves, which you don’t always see! Can’t thank you all enough. Truly.
