I was ready to leave on a trip to Scottsdale and realized my tires needed to be replaced. I normally go to a national competitor but the place is just crazy busy and I would have have to wait over four hours just for my vehicle to be seen. I visited the location on the far east of town and was pleasantly surprised by the options and competitive pricing on all of their tires. The staff was very knowledgeable and recommended a tire that was excellently rated and priced below their competitors. I didn’t have to wait more than 45 minutes and they were done. I couldn’t have asked for more. Great service, great pricing and great wheel and tire products. ** on another note, since they had suggested the warranty for roadside service, when I got back I got a flat and I visited their west side location and the service was just as great. They had me in and out in thirty minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys. Everything about my experience was great! UPDATE: These guys are fantastic. Took in my other vehicle and they took care of us quickly and got us the best price for the value. Ivan and Reyna are absolutely great! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

WARRANTY IS USELESS! ONE SINGLE NAIL and the tires are VOIDED FROM WARRANTY! $200 for a replacement tire that HAS WARRANTY. My brand new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss Mud Terrain tire with less than 5,000 miles on it and a tread rating of 11/12 (rated by the store). Was said to be unrepairable by the store manager of this location Isamar. I had a nail in the tread (not the sidewall) and they were unable to repair it, Isamar was insisting I pay over $200 to get a replacement tire. I have the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on this BRAND NEW tire and I have to pay over $200 to have this tire replaced. The store manager said there is nothing she can do for me and that this tire is unrepairable. I work in rugged areas and I’ve had tires with nails in worse places than this repaired without issue. Sounds to me like they’d rather just take my $200 than honor their warranty or repair my tire properly.

Worst customer experience so far for me. I called them at 10 am asking if I could bring my car in. Female told me at this time they'll be backed. so I asked what time can I bring it so the wait won't be long. She said in the afternoon so I make an appointment at 2. I also ask for the price for alignment and she told me 80 dollars. I walk in at 2 and told them I have an appointment for alignment, the guy tells me it's not 80 and it's going to be 100 dollars. I state but thats what I was told, going back and forth he finally tells me they do 80 dollars but only the front two wheels. I found it weird at first he was denying it and then admitted they do offer the alignment I initially asked for. I also ask for a tire rotation only. Hand them the keys, 2:30 hours later I have asked them multiple times how long it will take. both the front staff without even asking anyone keep telling me "its almost done". After the third time they sensed my frustration and went back, brought me the alignment sheet and said "they can't align it" and there is no way to align it. so what were you guys doing there for past 2:30 hours???? At this point im done, they hand me the receipt, they charged me 56 dollars extra for a rotation and wheel balance, I only asked for tire rotation. so after 2:30 hours not only did I not get what I asked for, they over charged me too. I would not be returning to this place as personally I am not comfortable with the business practices I also have gone thru other reviews and noted others having similar problem with over charging. Do your due diligence before going here.

With a U.T.Q.G. of 460/A/A comes in high rim diameter sizes of 17, 18, 20 and 22 inches. The tire also features Hankook Tire's Road Hazard Warranty.
Features and Benefits:
- Six circumferential grooves to actually cool the tire, improve responsiveness, and jettison water from the tread. The solid center line enhances stability while high-density sipes give the tire hundreds of minute grooves for better traction and overall performance. The open shoulder design lets water escape from the grooves, while stepped groove walls provide additional edges for better grip. - Nylon belt overlay to strengthen the tread and reduce belt movement.
