UPDATE: For the record, it was only a couple of minutes after 5, and I was less than a mile away when my wife called! The worker was more concerned about their bank deposit than correcting their mistake. The valve stems should have been fixed immediately by Porters - not another tire shop. Not everyone can drop a vehicle off and get it fixed in the morning, and they were told that! I refuse to spend another penny here. I've spent thousands on tires for my vehicles here and they couldn't be bothered to fix the valve stem today because they were closing. A quick fix and wouldn't do it! Was left stranded and had to get another tire shop to fix my vehicle! Come to find out, when I purchased the new tires from Porters they reused the old valve stems - which now have to be replaced! A five minute fix - which should have been done right the first time - just lost this loyal customer.

We travel full time in our RV. We had a trailer tire blowout on us while driving down 81. Fortunately we were only a few miles from Porter’s. We were able to put the spare tire on and they got us in immediately and changed our tire (we actually had the whole set replaced). Amazing customer service and incredibly knowledgeable. Beyond grateful.

I needed to get my brakes changed and tires rotated; saw other Google reviews saying Porter's was quick, efficient, and cost effective and I would have to agree. They got me in on the same day, the price was extremely reasonable for front brakes/rotors and the tires rotated. The staff were all super nice and friendly and straightforward. I would highly recommend checking them out!
