Great service. Great to have photos and live explanations as well as showing on car where problems were. Wish you hadn’t found the mouse, however! Glen (have I got the right name?) made a great suggestion as to how to pay the $800 plus charge-I should charge the mouse rent! Great you are open Saturday and Sunday and great to have transportation when unexpected things come along.

Pleasant car care did a great job in addressing a couple of significant issues, and addressing them in a timely fashion, and in a very professional but understandable way. I got approved for an inspection sticker, which was the reason for the original appt. Staff was friendly, informative and acty took me on a visual tour of what the concerning problems were. The cost seemed manageable, and the 3 year warranty was great. The only issue was that the time committment was a little longer than I thought when sceduling. No big deal, I will definitely schedule more appts as needed with Pleasant!

I had a 7am appointment and Gino took me a few minutes early !! I was in for an oil change but Pleasant Car Care always checks out my car to make sure it’s safe. Gino explained to me a few things I needed and why. They never try to oversell ! My car was ready by closing , Gino let me use a loaner. Dimitri is always welcoming , changed loaner rear light better took it ! Pleasant Car Care has great customer service but more importantly, talented mechanics and technicians . My 2013 Honda Is running smoothly !

I have trusted my car with Pleasant Car Care for several years now. All of the staff have been very kind, friendly and very accommodating. Eddie was especially helpful in coordinating the maintenance and repairs of my vehicle. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, Eddie helped me understand all of the issues with my car and took his time to help me. They also have very reasonable prices. I especially appreciate their free uber and custody car services. Helps so much when the car needs work that takes some time. I recommend PCC to all of my friends and family

Are you really not interested in why I only rated your work one star? Anyway, I went here for a simple oil change. Before coming, I called and was told it would cost around $100, which was fine. When I arrived, they said I wasn’t on the schedule, but they took my car anyway. About an hour later, one of the mechanics showed me my rear fog light and said the wires were cut. However, I never gave permission for them to open it. No one informed me that they would inspect other parts of the car. They said it’s part of their inspection, but I think it’s not professional to touch or open anything without the owner’s approval. Later, I found out the fog light wasn’t even properly reinstalled. When I returned the next day, they admitted it wasn’t fixed correctly and said the wires were “burned,” but the photo I took shows they were just pulled apart, not burned. Also, they didn’t check or mention anything about the air filter. After an oil change, they should at least inspect the filters and let the customer know if replacement is needed. That’s basic service in most places. In the end, they did fix the fog light, and I appreciate that. But overall, the communication and professionalism could be much better. Please make sure to ask customers for permission before opening or inspecting any parts of their car, and provide better attention to the basics like filter checks.
