It’s rare these days to find care and quality of service in the same place - but that is what you get when you bring your car to Tyre Track. There’s a reason they’ve been around so long. Not only are they great to their customers, they care about their community as well and they’re aren’t looking to waste anyone’s time or money. I can not recommend the Tyre Track team enough.

If you're sick of being pushed around and overcharged by auto mechanics, go to Tyre Trak! My review is long overdue, as my significant other and I have been going to Tyre Trak for years. They’ve become our go-to shop for honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced service. When I bought my VW 5+ years ago, I made the mistake of purchasing a five-year pre-paid service package. Since then, I’ve come to distrust the service departments at each dealership I’ve visited. For example, over a year ago, I brought my car in for my “free” service and was told I needed new brakes. I took it to Tyre Trak for a second opinion — they said my brakes were still fine. A year later, during my next “free” VW service, there was no mention of my brakes at all. So, they were supposedly urgent a year ago, I never replaced them, yet this time they're not even flagged? Did my brakes repair themselves? Or did the dealership just try to sell me an expensive service I didn't need? Thank goodness I listened to Tyre Trak, which is where I'll be getting my brakes done when they *actually* need work. During my most recent "free" dealership servicing, I paid $60 to have my wiper blades replaced, thinking they’d use OEM parts and do a precision install. The first time it rained, I noticed a persistent 4-inch streak across the windshield. When I went back, the service tech confirmed the streaking while repeatedly calling me “Ma’am” before angrily saying, “What do you want me to do about it?” I felt if I said anything else, he’d just label me a difficult customer and waste EVEN MORE of my money and time. So, once again, I brought my car to Tyre Trak and they reinstalled the blades, cleaned out the gunk from the windshield, and didn’t even charge me. Tyre Trak has also helped my 84-year-old dad when his brakes were dangerously worn. They repaired them quickly, charged a fair price, and didn’t try to upsell him on anything. They even helped me with a fair market value for a car in an estate matter. I get my car inspected there, bought new tires from them, and trust them with anything. No matter the issue, they’re always happy to help, upfront about what they can and can’t do, and incredibly fair. If you’re tired of being overcharged, dismissed, or pressured by other mechanics, try Tyre Trak! They’re trustworthy, professional, nonjudgmental — truly top notch.

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would give it. This is the best place ever! Mark my words, you will not be disappointed. I have been bringing my car here for years! And even if I move far from this place I will still come here. They have a loyal customer in me and my boyfriend. We love this place too much! Honest and fast work. Never had an issue with anything they have fix on my cars! Everyone I know i recommend this place.
