Long overdue of a review for this place !! Earlier this month I caught a bad flat tire right before my 2 hour drive to cape cod. I’m originally from New Jersey and was working in the area and needed my car fixed ASAP. In the past I’ve had some bad experiences working with other auto body shops due to them being so rude or looking down on me simply because I’m a young female. However, this was not the case at all here ! The two gentleman sitting behind the counter were super kind and respectful and they immediately found the right tires for my car. Will, was one of those gentleman behind the counter and he was super helpful and so respectful the entire time. He took his time to explain some other issues that were found which I greatly appreciated, and overall just made sure that my car was in perfect condition to drive to my destination, as well as my long drive back home to New Jersey ! I wish I was able to get the names of the other staff members who helped me but either way everyone was great and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was super nervous and worried in the beginning of all of this, however this place truly does care about their customers and I’m so glad I came across them ! Thank you again from all the way in New Jersey :)

As someone who recently moved closer to the Boston area, finding a trustworthy mechanic has been a challenge. It's even harder when you're a young woman in a field often dominated by stereotypes, and even more so when you drive a specialized vehicle that's not the same as its civilian counterpart. I had a hard time finding a mechanic who was familiar with my car, but I’m so grateful I found Pleasant Car Care. From the moment I arrived, I could tell they were different. They took the time to understand the unique needs of my vehicle and were incredibly respectful. What really stood out was the personalized service—they sent me videos showing exactly what was going on under the car, explaining the issues in a way that was clear and easy to understand. It was obvious they weren’t just focused on making a quick fix, but genuinely wanted to ensure everything was done right. The work itself was fast and efficient. Even when I noticed a similar noise after the repair, they didn’t hesitate to address it right away and fixed it immediately—no hassle. Everyone at Pleasant Car Care was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. I can’t recommend them enough. It's rare to find a shop that combines knowledge, respect, and quality work like this. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be back for all my car care needs.

Honest, transparent, trustworthy! Pleasant Car Car goes above and beyond every time I bring my car to them. This past trip, they saved me over $7,000 by citing a warranty I didn't even know my car had (and saving me from monoxide poisoning!). Eddie and the rest of the team showed me pictures, videos, and brought me in person to explain the work on my car and make sure I was comfortable with everything being done. As a woman bringing my car in, I have never felt pressured or taken advantage of; on the contrary, I felt respected and taken care of. If you are looking for honest, kind people to take care of you and your car, look no further!

I wish I knew about Pleasant Care Care before hand! When I first came, they gave me a tour of the whole shop. They made me feel very welcome. I expressed my concerns. They called me within the same day, sent me videos/pictures, and gave me other information about what was wrong with my car. They use a very easy-to-use app which made it easy to communicate as well. When describing what was wrong with my car, not only did they send a video with a voice over, they also sent a cartoon-like explanation of what that car part is and its' function. This was really helpful for me, as someone who does not know a lot about cars. I will DEFINITELY be using them again, and I will recommend to family and friends. They are all great people. I worked with Aaron, and he was extremely kind and helpful! Thank you!

The best car 🚗 place that I've ever been to!! Never had an experience at a car shop where they send you videos of what's wrong with the car and explaining what you're getting done!! It was my first time there yesterday and they took great care of what we needed done!!! All of the staff is friendly and they seem to all love what they do!! I'll be referring all of my friends and family for sure
