TireTutor, Inc. Return & Refund Policy

Bought the wrong size tires? Want to get something a little sportier? Just need to make a return? No worries—we’re here to help. To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll get it going for you.


Refunds & Exchanges

Only new, unused, unmounted tires can be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.



Vehicle service and maintenance purchased via, but unperformed on the vehicle, can be issued a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. No credits, refunds, or exchanges are available on vehicle service and maintenance that have been performed on a vehicle.


Warranty claims

Please consult the tire manufacturer’s warranty materials to ensure that your issue is covered. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected].

Credits for warranty items may be issued to the original method of payment or via a paper check.

The following products can only be returned if unused/never mounted:

  • Wheels
  • Tires
  • Motorsport tires

Items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:

  • Products were used off road
  • Products have uneven wear or a difference of 2/32” between the grooves of the tires
  • Products have been altered in any way (siping, studs, etc.)
  • Misuse or abuse
