The service manager Mike was so helpful. He went above and beyond to diagnose why my air isn’t blowing out cold air. I appreciate that he was truly trying to help me and advised me of what I needed to do. He provided me with good information I needed to take to the dealership. I brought my car in last Friday for a check engine light this was the second time in less than a 1,000 miles. I was told repairs needed and parts needed. The first time I was charged a little over a thousand dollars this time again told what was needed and charged 1600$ The next day less than 50 miles from garage ck engine light is back on.iam really not satisfied with the work that was performed on both occasions They are very expensive therefore you expect quality work to be performed..

These mechanics are so trustworthy and honest, plus they are very kind and try to be as accommodating as they can within all reasonable expectations. As a woman as well as someone who is not a mechanical expert (but who has enough understanding to know when I'm being lied to and misled) this really matters. On top of knowing I can trust them, they complete the needed work quickly and very professionally with clear, open communication. I've taken my suv in several times for larger work and standard maintenance and I have NEVER had to call them to check on progress. They have always kept me up to date. Plus they always have good deals and coupons for standard things like oip changes, brakes, etc. But even without the deals, the work is fairly priced! I won't take my suv anywhere else anymore.

Love Hamilton tire. The thing I love most is I ask for what I need and there's no strong arm upsale pressure. They will give you recommendations on their findings but never pressured to get it done on the spot. I've only taken my truck to one other location because of an unbeatable tire sale. But I left that "National Tire B__" chain feeling like they didn't care for me or my vehicle they had my truck for over 8 hours for tires and then said they couldn't balance them properly on their machine. So lesson learned Hamilton tire will be my only go to place.
