Always a perfect experience! I’ve been going to Direct Tire for over 30 years! Rick, Susan, and the new kid that’s learning the counter, are always nice, knowledgeable and professional….and it’s the only tire shop, where you never come home, with dirty wheels!

Always an amazing experience from start to finish. They communicate very well, prices are reasonable given the higher quality of service, everyone who works there are always smiling and there is a high level of customer service. Also…I must share that I love their slogan! So clever and still makes me laugh. “We’ll fix it so it brakes.” 🤩

Managed to get a flat tire right before leaving on a trip to Maine. Called them in the morning to see when I could get an anppointment and they saw me right away. They fit me in and I was able to still go on my trip without a day’s delay. They had ordered the replacement tire and had it on hand when I arrived! So no wasted time waiting for it. They couldn’t have been nicer and they explained everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants efficient , professional and friendly service.

I had a great first visit to Direct Tire, which a friend recommended. I had a leaky tire, and assumed I needed to replace two tires for balance. They got me in within two days, and told me one tire was totally fine; they replaced the damaged tire only. That is a first in my experience! Super nice people, pretty good waiting room with free coffee, excellent explanation of the problem and their solution. Will definitely return.

I recently had my tires changed over and brake pads replaced at Direct Tire. They did quality work, as always. What impresses me most, however, is the customer service of the staff. They are all consistently friendly, communicate well, and make the experience uniquely pleasant.
