My vehicle was displaying some issues and I took a chance on bringing it here. This was the best decision!!!!! The front desk staff (Ivelisse) was fantastic in explaining everything I needed and a pleasure to talk to. The tech took all of 20 minutes to diagnose my vehicles problem and a couple of hours to fix the problem. Overall I drove off very satisfied with my experience. Thank you ! (April 22, 2025)

If I could rate a 0 I would. I dropped off my 2018 RAM for an oil change on 5/21/25 at 10:35 AM. At 12:14 PM, I got a call saying my truck was ready. I had already informed them at drop-off that I wouldn’t be picking it up until 3:15 PM. When I arrived, I paid, but as soon as I reached my truck, I was shocked—oil was sprayed and smeared all over the driver's side from front to back, with a trail of oil on the roof tracks. There was also oil on the passenger side beneath the antenna. I immediately went back inside and told the manager that this was completely unacceptable. He assured me they’d take care of it. I asked Manager Adrian to personally inspect my truck, and he said, If we can’t remove it, we’ll take it to the car wash. That’s exactly what happened—but even after the wash, the windows were still slick with oil. The real issue here? They had three additional hours to fix their mess but left it untouched, assuming I wouldn’t notice. When I got home, I checked under the hood—oil was dripping down the fan cover and near the dipstick. This level of sloppiness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for over three years, I never expected this kind of treatment. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years and the service never disappoints. The front office staff is always friendly and accommodating. They make recommendations, when needed, but don’t push the issue that you feel pushed into added services. I would recommend to all to take care of your auto mechanical needs.

This is a new review 3/17/25. I took my car for an oil change, and because the VSA light illuminated on my dashboard. They checked the sensors and they were fine. The light didn't turn on when they drove the car into the bay. Hopefully it won't give me any problems. Overall I am satisfied except for the fact that they always leave the interior foot area filthy when I go to sit back in. It is dirty with oil and grease, muddy foot prints along the plastic edge of the entrance. I had to ask the guy who brought out my car to please clean it, it was too much. Hopefully management/owner can remind team to use paper liners inside footwell area. ----End of New review 3/17/25 5:45 pm------------------------------------------👋🏼 ------Older Review---------------------👀 I've been taking my car to this shop for service for quite awhile. My recent visit was very good. I needed some routine maintenance such as brakes, oil change, wheel alignment and refrigerant for my A/C. I also needed 2 rear tires according to the mechanic because mine had some dry rot. I wasn't t aware of that myself, but I knew they were running low on tread and were 5 years old. Anyway, I'm glad they told me about that because I was planning to take a long out of state road trip, so better to be safe. The service was good, Pedro the service advisor and the crew there, are always accommodating, and always try to help out with good advice and prices. My car runs very good now with super cold A/C, balanced new tires and strong brakes. Thank you Pedro and the woman who works there (I don't know her name), and the mechanics for your service. 👋🏼👍🏼
