The customer service at Honda Village is really lacking. The receptionists are short with you. The car salesman I worked during/ post sale has poor follow-through (ie: looking into my request, telling me I’d get a call back and never calling me). When I got my customer service review from Honda at the purchase of my vehicle, he had me fill it out with him and ensured I gave 5 stars, which was not my honest review. The one person who consistently gave good customer service is Alex in the maintenance shop. I would not recommend them. You are better off going to Cambridge

I had a great experience at this location, they were able to help factor the numbers with financing and leasing a car. With time and care I purchased a used car for a great price. I am thankful for Stanley at Honda village and the hospitality by the rest of the staff.

Just purchased my daughter's first car here this week. We worked with Jorge and he was great. I truly appreciated the no hassle experience. I've bought many cars in the past and I'm always ready for the pressure to purchase extended warranties and other options that we just don't need. I had a great experience with Jose Ortiz at Honda Village! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and was incredibly helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and really took the time to find the perfect car for me. Jose’s professionalism and knowledge about the cars were impressive, and he was never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and stress free! If you're looking for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Jose!!!

Had a great experience with both Richard and Kendra! Richard showed me the car I was interested in, I felt that he was very honest about everything and I never felt pressured or rushed in the process. Kendra in finance also made the process extremely easy while also being thorough and answering all questions we had. Overall I had a very positive experience buying a used car here and I would recommend them.
