An early Saturday morning flat tired prompted an unplanned visit to Economy Tire. Friendly staff said they could fix it in about an hour. It ended up being closer to 2 1/2 hours. Not a big deal since it was a Saturday. If this had been Monday thru Friday I'd have been miffed. The rim looked fine after the repair. The mechanic took the 'donut' off and put it back in its place. Nice job.

Toast I pulled my riding mower out of shed only to find a flat tire. After pulling out the bad tire I called Economy Tire in Watertown and asked if they fixed mower tires. I was told to bring it down and they would fix it. I didn’t expect that it would have been fixed while I waited, on Saturday nonetheless. What amazing efficiency and great customer service. I was in and out and only $17 for the repair. I was very grateful! Excellent job and excellent service! Thank you

Jim, Bob, Randy and anyone else that helped get my vehicle fixed were great. they were quick, efficient and informative. They replaced wheel lock lug nuts, wheel bearings, tie rod, cv axle joint and did 4 new tires. Came in Saturday morning and everything was done before noon even with a booked up schedule. Highly recommend these guys.

I had been going to economy for years. Never had an issue recommended to everyone. Since then I have gone once for tires and then the TPMS were hooked up backwards. They were happy to fix but of course that’s another visit. Most recently went in last week for AC recharge. Stopped in they were able to take me. Great 30 mins later find out they don’t have a connector for machine. After wasting the time I was annoyed but things happen. Called this morning 9 AM they checked and part was in. I raced from another town to drop my dog off and get there for 10. Find out another part is broken in machine and now I wasted over 1.5 trying to get there and still have to run errands I could have been done with. Things happen but now over 2 hrs of wasted time and still no resolution. I also got a quote in line that they were very confused with. Not sure they were going to honor it since we never got that far.

These guys really came through clutch for me today. I had a situation and they fixed it with a set of Lugnuts that were impossible to take off of my truck. Noah is a gentleman and an amazing employee, all the guys at economy are great people, but Noah really sets the bar As an amazing employee! Thank you guys, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the heck out of you all!
