Brought our Honda Pilot to the shop for oil leak and brake problems. We informed the person at the desk about the oil leak spots showing on our garage floor and the shaking and swerving of the car when we put on the brakes. The diagnostics came and informed us that our brake pads are fine and have more years to go but our car just needed a brake fluid flush which would cost us $158. Regarding the oil leak, we were told that our car just needed an engine clean and a dye test. This cost us $117. On the same day after the repair was done, the shaking and swerving of the car when pressing on the brakes were worse than before we had it repaired. We promptly phoned the Ashburn Service Center regarding the terrible brake job, a mechanic checked the car, and came back with the report that the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement, completely contrary to the first diagnosis! Replacing the front brake pads and rotors cost us an additional $628. Wrong diagnosis cost us $158 for the brake fluid flush which was not the solution to the problem! As I write this review, the engine clean and dye test for the oil leak could very well be another wrong diagnosis for we still see oil leak spots. We had to wait till we drive about 100 miles to return to them for a recheck. Be careful and be alert in your dealings with this shop. I find this shop not trustworthy!

They got me in pretty quickly when I called for an appointment. This was a week after I sent a request for an appointment from their website, which got no response. The oil change was on time. They have several folks working the front, so phones get answered and it is easy to get helped. They were pushing cabin air filters hard (they didn't to me). I can understand why, but now that I don't have a Subaru, it is simple for me to change my own. They did tell me what scheduled maintenance was coming up and looked over the car to see if there were any issues. There is a small waiting area.

My family has been using Ashburn Service and Tire for years. They have always provided first rate service to our cars. Their customer service is outstanding, they make you feel like family. Convenience is always a priority when you need service for your car and Ashburn Service & Tire provides you with the ability to drop your car off at night for early morning service and typically we have our car back by mid morning to noon depending on the services required. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the comfort of knowing your car is in good hands, that the service you need is done well and you won’t receive phone calls suggesting you need other services outside your current requested need unless it is a serious problem that could be addressed before it becomes a more costly problem. I was looking to replace my tires for my 2017 mode s. This was my first time doing things outside of tesla so was hesitant. I talked with the rep at the shop and they had the tires I need for my car and they were able to put me in the same day. Very happy with the wheel alignment and their service. Highly recommend them for Tesla tire replacement. A++++
