I recently bought a 2004 BMW convertible from this dealer. My experience was excellent, from test drive to negotiation to delivery and afterward. The sales department was a pleasure to work with. Bob and Brett were responsive, had good knowledge of the vehicle, and they were fair and transparent during the negotiation. When I noticed some minor issues shortly after I bought it, Vic, the shop owner, and Alyssa, a service advisor, gave due attention to my concerns. They made appropriate repairs for a very fair fee. They also took the time to answer my other questions, and reviewed the extensive work they did on the car prior to offering it for sale. As a result, I’m feeling confident about an enjoyable period of long-term ownership. If you’re considering this dealership, contact them with confidence. My only regret is that they’re an hour away from where I live; otherwise, I’d surely be seeing them for regular maintenance of my vehicles.

I dropped my car off for second opinion. The team at Larin jumped on it when they said they would, reviewed the vehicle and found nothing to the caliber the dealership stated. Larin even said hold-on another day, they wanted to double check something. Lo and behold their time and effort on reviewing the vehicle was in fact nothing other than a minor tweak and saved me Thousands of dollars. I have told this story to many, in hopes they visit Larin and give Larin an opportunity. Thanks.

I had a very positive experience at Larin Automotive. The staff is competent, accommodating, and very courteous. The work is reasonably priced and they give a discount to AAA members! I highly recommend them.

I competitively autocross my Tesla Model 3 and took it to Larin Automotive for a track alignment. The alignment failed, not because of Larin's technician, but because one of my adjustable camber arms had seized and they concluded that trying to fix it could render the care undriveable. Victor Larin, the shop owner, personally took me into the shop, showed me exactly what was wrong, and talked me through the options. They also gave me advice on how to prevent seizing in my other adjustable arms. Ultimately I decided to order and install new camber arms myself to save labor costs. Larin immediately scheduled a 3-week follow-up with me and I was able to install the new arms and anti-seize all the old arms in time. On my follow-up they perfectly aligned my car in just an hour and a half, and I then went on to win two autocross events in a row with it this past weekend. Victor has also reached out to me personally multiple times since then. I can't recommend Larin Automotive enough.
