With a failing brake job within only 13,000 miles by a local "tire/brake shop" AAA tire, (aka the tire shop). I took my Toyota Camry back to them. They said the brake job was out of warranty, and the car now needs new Calipers, Rotos and Pads, and wanted to charge me over $1,3500 I then took the car to the Auto Nation Toyota, in Leesburg. They diagnosed the problem as low quality "non-OEM" brake parts, i.e., rotor and pad that cause the pads to wear out/overheat and wrap the rotors in 13,000 miles of normal use. Auto Nation Toyota did a complete front brake job for about halve the price the other shop wanted to charge me to fix their/my problem, and now the car and front brakes work like new! After 500miles on the Toyota brake job, the brakes are is still smooth and vibration free. Most importantly, safe!

Had my car inspected and was told my break pads did not pass the inspection and they even provided a picture where they stated it did not pass; they however did not include a measuring device. I took my car to another shop and for a second opinion and they were able to show me in person that breaks clearly passed the inspection. I then went back to The Tire Shop to show them the break pads passed inspection. The person working the front desk was not even aware of what the measurement needed to be to pass a Virginia state inspection. When we went to the garage and spoke to the mechanic who looked at the car after we were able to prove the pads passed inspection, his exact words were “I wouldn’t let my daughter drive this car”. This was completely ridiculous and unethical and was an attempt by The Tire Shop to pay them $600 to have them replace a car part that did not need replacement. I recommend anyone to have a second opinion elsewhere before agreeing to have work done at this place as it seems their goal is focused on maintaining their monetary quota rather than providing reliable service to their customers.

I’m a Marine veteran, but never announced it, nor did I expect any type of preferential treatment. However, upon checking in at the counter for service, Victor Flores greeted me with a smile and asked how many years I served in the military. It caught me off guard, but turns out he was former law enforcement and we immediately connected. Not only that, but the leak I had in my tire actually ended up being the result of a leaky valve core, and they replaced it at no charge. I was in and out of there in 20mins…on a Monday! Additionally, there was a positive vibe in the office/waiting area thanks to how friendly everyone was. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks again for the hospitality and for your service, Victor!

Truly horrible experience from this tire shop! Never again! Dishonest and unethical thieves, that’s what they are! They gave you this very expensive quotes and even scare you to death, forcing you to take their service! Thousands more than what you really need! Very unprofessional personnel from their receptionists and Managers at the back— all they do is smirk. Their mechanics are questionable too, I’m sure they are misdiagnosing on what’s really wrong with your vehicle! Stay away from this shop!!! This shop doesn’t even deserve a star at all.
