Same as others. I did a lot of business with Steer rite. Today I brought my car in at noon for an 8am appt the next day. Asked if he could rotate the tires (I thought this was standard practice for an alignment). He said "no, do you see all the cars out there" it caught me off guard, at first I thought he was joking, but then I realized he was unhappy and I just said give me back the keys. We exchanged some more unpleasant back and forth and then I left. Sometimes running business is hard. But rule 1 is you can't take it out on your customers.

I got a flat tire picking up my sister at the airport. We arrived with a donut with about 90 miles left to travel home. They were very busy but were able to get me in and back on the road in no time. I could not thank them enough. I really appreciate their kindness.
