I called Rosedale Automotive because I thought I had an oil leak from my oil pan. Fernando answered and was very knowledgeable and helpful giving me a competitive price. Even though they were very busy on a Saturday (closed on Sunday) he was able to get a mechanic in and squeezed me in to get my car in the same day. When I arrived I wasn’t completely sure if I actually had an oil leak because when I felt it and smelled it, it seemed like it was water, but I wanted to know for sure. When I arrived, Fernando and Robert immediately helped me out and even put my car on the lift for a better inspection. They also invited me to take a look for myself. They were very helpful/friendly and explained that it was just from my A/C being on during a hot day, and my AC condensation was just leaking from that spot, it’s completely normal. It’s the next day and underneath my car is completely dry and running perfect. I didn’t end up needing a repair, but I feel Fernando and Robert went above and beyond and let me know there’s nothing to worry about. Thankfully I’ve never needed a repair shop but this is the place I will be going to if/when I need one. 10/10 recommend Rosedale Automotive.

I stopped by for a quick battery check because my car struggled to start in the morning. They tested it on the spot and confirmed it was losing charge. Instead of pushing a replacement immediately, they gave me options and explained how long I could safely keep using it. I decided to replace it right away. The whole process took less than an hour, including installation. The staff were friendly and didn’t overcomplicate anything. Since then, the car starts instantly even on colder mornings. Simple service, but handled efficiently and honestly.

Really appreciate Rosedale Automotive. Fernando has been especially helpful as my Yukon is nearly 10 years old and I want to keep it on the road for 10 more. They squeezed in a starter replacement on a busy Friday for me. I went in at like 9 AM because I didn’t want to go home and turn off the car. They’ve also helped with AC fixes, check engine light/emissions issues, and a few other minor mechanical issues. Would recommend to my friends. Thanks, team.

I took my company truck in for a smog. Karleigh’s customer service skills were on point, and Brian was very quick with the job. They got us in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you so much for your professionalism and straight to the point attitude. Will definitely continue doing business with you guys.
