I am very happy with the service I received at Pleasant Car Care! My vehicle broke down and I was able to tow it to this location and all the service reps including Curtis were great with setting the right expectations. My BMW took a couple days, but they diagnosed it properly and found the correct issues and it is now running better than I was before. I will continue to have my car service here as a customer service is excellent!

Seriously an elevated auto mechanic experience! These guys are awesome! By that I mean: friendly, professional, TRANSPARENT, and exceptionally courteous. Customer service level way above par, and the actual work done was speedy and correct. I see no reason to ever use another shop. Thanks Pleasant St Car Care!

Took my car in after getting a flat the night before. They did a prompt and quick evaluation, and were extremely communicative about their findings both in the shop, as well as following up with both a call and a clear video outlining any additional issues they found during their complementary safety inspection. They didn't bring up anything I didn't already know needed to be done, which I really appreciated, and offered what seemed to be a fair price and fast service (plus a rebate on some of the tires!). Overall, a very pleasant experience. Everyone was quite pleasant to interact with, and they even got me a Lyft when I dropped off my car and had to head out for another appointment!

Pleasant Car Car is a top notch company. They have amazing customer service in every way and try to make the situation easy. Everyone was fantastic to deal with and they walk you through whatever needs to be done with your car and explain everything. Highly recommend using them!!!
