I can’t say enough good things about the team at VIA Tire. I originally came in because my Tahoe had a bad vibration at highway speeds, and instead of just trying to sell me tires or throw parts at the problem, they took the time to actually figure out what was going on. They discovered that two of my 24” wheels were bent and were very honest with me about my options. What impressed me most was that throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, explained what they were finding, and helped me make decisions with my cost in mind, not just what would make the shop the most money. I ended up finding another set of wheels and tires, and VIA Tire is now helping me get those properly balanced, installed, and getting my Tahoe aligned. At every step they’ve been patient, kind, professional, and straightforward about what needs to be done and what doesn’t. They also have the road force balancing. It’s hard to find a shop where you genuinely feel like they’re looking out for you instead of looking for another way to add to the bill. That’s exactly how VIA Tire has treated me. I really appreciate the entire team and the way they handled this from beginning to end. They’ve earned my trust and my future business. If you’re looking for a tire and alignment shop that is knowledgeable, honest, and actually cares about helping you make the right decision, I highly recommend VIA Tire. Five stars without hesitation. JC, Ryan and Aidan was the team that helped me through this process.
