I had a very worrying experience at this location. Please read this so others stay safe. I brought my car in for a flat tire, and after the service some screws were not tightened. While driving on the highway, I heard a strange noise from the rear passenger side. I pulled over and found two screws missing and one loose. I was lucky I didn’t get into an accident, but this could have been catastrophic. When I brought the car back, the same technician who changed the tire “skinny black dude” questioned me as if I were lying about what happened. Instead of an apology, I was met with disbelief and defensiveness. Bottom line, double-check your screws and fasteners after any tire service at this location. For the safety of you and your family, consider other shops if possible. I’m never using this shop ever again for the safety of me and my family.

I would have given a 5 stars, but my car was sliding off the jack at first. I had to tell him to put the car down and make sure the jack was in the right spot to avoid any damage. Also he said $20 for the flat fix, and I said ok. He was still hesitant like I couldn't afford $20. So I gave him the money upfront to boost his confidence. Overall the job was done fast.
