Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Ordered me the exact fitment wheels I was looking for, for my acura mdx. Mounted the tires and wheels without the need of weights that take away from the Aesthetics of the custom wheels. This is my first time doing business with them but will not be my last I highly recommend them. Alignment was perfect. My wheels ride as smooth as stock but look way better!

I recently had a full set of four tires ordered and installed for my vehicle. The staff was polite, and the order turnaround was quick, which I appreciated. However, I am leaving a 1-star review because one of my rims was scratched during the installation process. When I brought it to their attention, I was told it would be taken care of and that I would receive a call. I confirmed they had my correct number on file and waited, but I did not hear back. After three days, I called to follow up and was again told I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, I still did not hear from anyone. I followed up a third time and was told that Dan was not there, but again I was assured someone would contact me. That call also never came. What has been most disappointing is not just the scratch itself, but the lack of follow-through. I have had these rims for five years and have taken pride in keeping them in excellent condition. The repair appears minor and likely could have been resolved easily. My frustration is really about the business not standing by what they said they would do.

I came here to get four new tires put on my truck because their reputation is they can get tires on without damaging rims. There was great communication from Kevin. We scheduled a timeframe and they banged it out quickly and threw in an alignment too. My truck was ready when it was supposed to be ready, and that says a lot about these guys. I highly recommend them. Great job!
