My wife and I are visiting the area from Tampa and got a gash in one of our tires. We were able to make it to Williams Tire the next morning. We were greeted by Blake, who cheerfully, yet very professionally, listened and checked out the issue. We grabbed some breakfast and by the time we returned, everything was rectified. Can’t ask for better service than we received. Thanks for keeping our stay on track.

I came in for an alignment after getting a bad alignment at another shop. They walked me through everything and showed me the before and after. They are very knowledgeable and were quick to get the work done. Had a 12pm appointment and was out by 1pm. Will be a returning customer and highly recommend them. They took care of my Trailhawk.

I can’t say enough good things about Williams Tire and the red head up front 😂The team there always takes great care of my truck, and I especially appreciate Robert for consistently going above and beyond. This is hands down the number one place to go in Blue Ridge. I’ve got a lot of money invested in my truck, and I don’t trust just anyone to work on it—but I trust these guys completely. Honestly, I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else within a thousand miles. If you want honest, reliable service and people who truly care, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff and excellent speedy service. We were traveling from out if state when our brakes started going out on out way there. We were able to go here first thing the next morning they were expecting it to take 2-2 1/5 hours, they were done in about an hour. They were very friendly the whole time as well. I highly recommend.
