Really appreciate the district manager Jay for The Tire Place I leave on Enfield CT, but 2 weeks ago I have to go wilbraham Ma to meat Jay and work on my issue. So if you go to any front desk tire place or mechanic to discuss problem on your car as mechanical or tire issue or alignment! You expecting help nicely respect. You should stop by Costco on Enfield CT and go inside to tire department, All the workers on front desk meeting you politely with respect and service the issue. By the way they are same guys working on back too. So my advice for any family business is good to engage the new college degree generation to support clients on front professionally with smile which is the Young Man John was on front desk at Wilbraham Tire branch, very helpful during Jay inspected my car on garage. I understand people on front desk been a while with experience but if you have questions or concerns should not anyone answers you with red face and raise voice! of course if you hear that you will leave disappointed! Anyway my issue was dissolved through Jay and just wanted to thank him through good review which I recommend this location for service. Thank you so much Hany

I can’t say enough good things about Wilbraham tire. A few months ago I needed new brakes. I went to a place in town and they couldn’t do it for another 2 weeks. I called Wilbraham tire. They quoted me $200 less than the others and did it the next day. My next visit was to fix a tire that was flat. I needed a new rim. I dropped it off in the morning. They had to order and get the rim and it was fixed by the time I got out of work. One of my tires had a nail in it. I went to town fair tire (because it was near my work place) and they told me that I needed a new tire but should buy 2 because my tires were going bad. They didn’t have it in stock but could fix it the next day. The next day I called Wilbraham tire and they took the nail out, patched it and told me that I didn’t need new tires. I have seen some bad reviews here and I just need to share my positive experiences with them. I will continue to go to them and refer my friends and family.

I purchased brand new front tires and had them switched here! They didn't bother to ask me if I wanted an alignment or tell me that it wasn't included which is especially concerning because my alignment was so far off that it wore my brand new tires down to completely nothing within 6 weeks. A reputable shop should check alignment, show you the measurements, and advise you if it is out of specification. This place did the bare minimum said nothing and sent me on my way. For literally almost double the price I paid for tires elsewhere and had an alignment included!
