Me and my husband went to fix a tire, and they only put a plug instead of properly patching it. The tire went flat again the next day, and when we returned, they refused to fix it or refund us and spoke to us very rudely. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place.

I found this place through Groupon and I spoke to a gentleman named Carlos for a reservation. He was super sweet over the phone and gave me a same day appointment. When I went in person I met with a gentleman named Abby and he was super amazing and informative. While I waited for my car to be serviced I spoke to him and enjoyed my conversation. He was funny and attentive. My car didn’t take long to be serviced and the gentleman that serviced my car his name was Pinedo. He was super professional and he even left a sticker on my glass that shows when I have to do my next oil change. I would definitely come back to get my oil change with this great customer services.

Carlos and team are great. Very honest and I like that! I came in for a nail in my tire which they fixed. I also wanted to change all of my tires. Carlos took the time to educate me about my car, systems and tires. The guy could have easily just sold me a set of tires. He now has a customer for life. This is exactly what we all want when we bring our vehicle to a mechanic - honesty. Thanks Carlos! I will be back!!!

I had a great experience at Right Tire & Auto. I came in needing a quick tire patch, and they took care of it fast and professionally. I came in around 11:40 am. and asked if they could have me out by 12:30pm. They said yes, and they delivered. They repaired my driver side rear tire quickly and professionally. While I waited, I took my Rottweiler, Tank, for a walk. When we came back, Tank was hot from the walk, and they were kind enough to give us some water. That really meant a lot. Great service, respectful timing, and a thoughtful team. Thank you again to Carlos and Ali at the shop along with all the staff. King Wren and Tank 🐾 #iseeTank
