What a great service shop! Very comfortable atmosphere and owners are very engaging in conversation and knowledge about my car. Shop gave me some advice last year that saved me big money from the dealership. Came back to them this year and they went front to back with the car, discussed needed repairs. They only did what was necessary and I had absolutely no issues with the repair cost! Great guys to work with!

I brought a Mercedes-Benz CL550 to Import AutoWerks for a pre-purchase inspection, and I’m very glad I did. They explained the process, timing, and cost clearly from the beginning. The inspection was extremely thorough, and they provided detailed findings, photos, explanations, and even a rough estimate of what the repairs would cost. I may not be happy with the result because I really liked the car and ended up not buying it, but I’m very happy with the service. Their honesty probably saved me $12,500 and prevented me from buying a car with a long list of serious problems. They could have easily viewed it as an opportunity to gain a customer and take on a lot of future repair work, but instead they gave me a completely honest recommendation. Professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely looking out for the customer. Highly recommended for a pre-purchase inspection.
